Hostel Accommodation in the Swale area of north Kent

Listing hostel accommodation in the Swale area of north Kent

The Old Stables Bunkbarn

Brenley Farm, Brenley Lane, Boughton, Faversham. Kent ME13 9LY

Our Listed Georgian stable has been carefully converted into a bunkhouse barn providing group self-catering accommodation. With bunkbeds for 24 in two rooms of 8 and 16 this is hostel style accommodation for those with a sense of adventure!

Although simple in layout, the barn is heated and has two shower rooms each with 2 showers, WC’s and basins. There is a large, well-equipped kitchen with a simple BBQ at the back of the barn, large dining table and sitting area.

It is popular with walking and cycling groups, set between the coast and the Kent Downs; or for those just looking for budget accommodation, wanting to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet of our fruit and hop farm. The market town of Faversham is 3 miles away and you can walk there on the footpaths and quiet lanes. Nearby is the village of Boughton and you can walk to the pubs across the fields and golf course.
