Leisure Centres and Gyms

Swallows Leisure Centre in Sittingbourne and the Sheppey Leisure Complex (incorporating The Healthy Living Centre and Sheerness Swimming Pool) in Sheerness are run by Swale Community Leisure for the public. The Sittingbourne Community College Sports Centre and Abbey Sports Centres are based on school premises but offer community use.

If its some exercise classes or fitness equipment in a gym then other places including Reynolds Fitness Spa, West Faversham Community Centre, The Fitness Centre, Snap Fitness, Tonics Fitness Centre and Fiit Box have membership and or open sessions.

Swimming

Swale has three indoor pools located at Swallows Leisure Centre, Sittingbourne, Sheppey Leisure Complex, Sheerness and Faversham Swimming Pool is run by Faversham Pools Management Committee, a charitable trust which also boasts a heated outdoor pool that is open from May to September.

Children's Activities

Most of the facilities run a variety of children's activities from swimming lessons, dryside sports coaching courses, children's parties, holiday activity camps, after school clubs and play host to a selection of sports clubs.
