The Faversham and Swale Tourist Information Centre is manned by volunteers from the Faversham Society provide tourism information from the Town Hall at 12 Market Place, Faversham and can be contacted on 01795 534542. The relocation from the Fleur de Lis Heritage Centre took place on 26 February 2022.
Group Tours And Full Packages are available at Faversham's award winning Shepherd Neame Visitor Centre. For coaches in Faversham there is a drop off/ pick up point in Leslie Smith Drive limited to 15 minutes. Coach parking in Front Brents Car Park (2 spaces) and Central Car Park (2 spaces). Rates free.
The Sheppey Tourist Information Centre is hosted at Sheppey Community Media Centre, The Pavilion, Off Royal Road, Sheerness on Sea, ME12 1AY. It is also home to Sheppey FM 92.2 Community Radio, just one of the many amenities provided by Sheppey Matters on the Isle of Sheppey.

In addition, on the Isle of Sheppey staff at the Blue Town Heritage Centre which is the home of The Criterion Music Hall & Cinema also provide a good source of local information to signpost the key sites and attractions on the Isle of Sheppey. Open 10am - 3pm Thursday - Saturday. The centre also encourages groups and coach parties to the venue to enjoy the varied entertainment shows, live music and cinema screenings. Although there is no official coach parking, there are no restrictions in Blue Town High Street and nearby West Street, where the street parking is free.
Group and Coach Tours Welcome in Faversham
We are delighted to announce that FREE coach parking is now available once your coach drivers have dropped passengers off at the drop off point in Central Car Park accessed via Leslie Smith Drive (ME13 8PW). Swale Borough Council and Faversham Town Council have been working hard behind the scenes to re-instate FREE parking at Macknade, just outside of town on the Selling Road.
The facility will be available seven days a week, and by scanning a QR code displayed at the coach drop off point in Central Car Park to check- in (copy of the sign and QR code below), coach drivers can grab a FREE hot drink when they arrive at Macknade to park while passengers are enjoying the wealth of independent shops, cafes, pubs and heritage attractions that Faversham Town Centre has to offer.

All coach drivers are entitled to a complimentary hot drink from Macknade, which can be claimed in the Food Village by quoting the coach company and the driver’s name.
Why not incorporate a trip to Macknade in your itinerary plans when visiting Faversham – you might like to stop en-route into town with your group passengers before heading on into town. Ranging from exotic fruit to local cheese, craft beer and authentic Italian pasta, the Macknade food hall has a selection of produce from local farms & from all over the world.
