Queenborough Harbour is conveniently situated in North Kent where the rivers Swale, Medway & Thames meet and an ideal base for cruising to or from the East Coast, London, Ramsgate or the Continent. Within a few minutes walk is Queenborough Railway Station, with access to London and the Continent. A variety of moorings are available at rates to suit every budget. The harbour now also hosts a weekly Saturday market in Queenborough, showcasing local produce, goods and crafts. Market runs on the harbour quay from 10.00am until 3.00pm.

Queen Phillippa and Jacey's Bistro Bar, a family run business, that believes only the best will do. Who care about their guests and want to change the way people view Bed and Breakfasts. The food is prepared with ingredients of the highest quality, and a very personal service. The team of experienced chefs deliver freshly prepared food on a daily basis, striving to support local business by sourcing locally where possible.

Bosuns Tea Room and So Much More, a happy dog friendly tea room, with a good selection of home made cakes from their own Pink Pantry kitchen. Savouries, home made soup and sandwiches are also on offer, and the menu changes daily. The "and so much more", well that's a gift shop with local artisans showing their creations. Look out for events too hosted by Bosuns Tea Room.

Admiral's Arm Micropub, an award winning Micropub. Specialising in real ales & craft beer. Currently CAMRA Kent pub of the Year and CAMRA pub of the year for Swale for the past 3 years. A family run business, lead by Chris & Rachel Collier and their son Joe. Enjoy a pizza, handmade fresh to order. Their pizza bases are hand made in Italy by master pizzaiolos, using only the finest ingredients and then topped to your liking and cooked fresh to order. Available to eat in or for collection to takeaway.

The Aviator, a comfortable, family-friendly pub, serving good quality food and drink. As well as the pub’s attractive exterior – The Aviator has won the Queenborough in Bloom competition three years running – the inside features a treasure trove of the area’s fascinating role in the history of powered flight. Authentic uniforms, photographs and artefacts tell the story of how Sheppey was a home of the early flying pioneers such as Charles S Rolls, the Wright brothers and the Short brothers.

X Pilot Boat Trips, X-Pilot is a charter vessel licensed by the Port of London Authority for boat hire. Trips from Queenborough include; the World War II Maunsell Forts – the Redsand Towers, the Shivering Sands Towers and the Knock John Fort, all also 60s Pirate Radio Bases, off the Southeast coast of England. Sailing regular trips, during Spring and Summer. As featured on TV following a visit and trip by Paul O'Grady in 2020.

Jetstream Cruises From Queenborough, Southend looks so close but yet it so far often taking an hour and a half (or sometimes longer) to travel from Kent to Essex via the Dartford Bridge. Join Jetstream on this fantastic day out to once again have fish and chips on the beach, visit Adventure Island or ride the train to the end of the pier on a picturesque cruise that aims to give you about 6 hours of free time ashore. Note: Southend Pier is accessible via a steep ramp. This is not suitable for wheelchairs or for the mobility impaired.

Hurricane Charters, Sea fishing and seal watching in the Thames and Medway Estuary aboard the fast offshore 105 with fully licensed and insured Boat with an experienced captain. During your visit you will meet a wide range of staff who are passionate about the sea and ensuring that you have an excellent experience. Visit on several occasions and you could achieve a personal record for fish caught in a day. Food and drink will also be provided depending on weather conditions. Also available, Seal watching trips in the many quiet secluded backwaters. 

Queenborough Guildhall Museum, tells the story of this historic town. From Saxon settlement to wealthy Borough and Royal Castle built by Edward III. Queenborough is full of Victorian industrial heritage. The town was home to of minesweeping vessels during the Second World War. The museum is located in the Historic Guildhall building and spread over two rooms. A visit will include a short talk and access to the Council Chamber. There are many artefacts, photographs and displays to see, so one visit may not be enough. Open seasonally April - October on Saturday afternoon's 2pm - 5pm (last admission 4.30pm) other times by appointment only.

The Rose Inn,  a small community style pub in Queenborough, with one bar and a large outdoor area and a sunny, weather permitting, beer garden. Selling Greene King ales and beers with Fosters, Stella and Estrella Galicia heading lager offerings. The garden is a sun trap. Just the place to sip one of our flavoured gins or exotic rums
