GENERAL STORES: Open 9am - 5pm Tues - Sat
Al fresco style. There is a porch to keep you dry whilst you shop and we serve you through a hatch. Some items are on display outside with many more inside - just ask! We prefer contactless payments but we accept cash too. If you wish to place an order over the phone for collection please just give us a call. If you are sheilding we can do this completely contact-free.
TEA HOUSE (Now Soup Kitchen!):
When cook is up to it we serve comforting soups, stews, pastries and sandwiches to take away in fully compostable wares. Tea, coffee and other hot drinks are also available. The garden is open when the weather is good. Please note that we have no facilities on site. Please continue to support us, even if it's not what we are all used to. Things may be different but lets embrace what we do have and worry less about what we don't!

An experience which started as a project to save an old pub from the developers! A totally new venture for the owners and a great addition to Selling. Rather than be lost to housing the village pub has been reinvented into an attraction and amenity which provides choice, local produce an a venue to spice up community life. Offering everything from your local village shop, a tea & coffee house with plenty of different teas, light lunches, cream teas, healthy options, vegan and gluten free options and a general hub of activity for the villagers and passers by alike!

Just a short walk from Selling railway station situated between Faversham to Canterbury East on the London Victoria to Dover Priory railway line, Network South East.
